Achievement of a lifelong goal
My name is Andrea and I am 47 years old. Last November I joined the Australian Army. I required a high level of fitness to go off to Kapooka to do my soldier training. Laura worked me hard and always provided a varied programme which challenged me and provided the right exercises to reach my goal. Combined with exercise, Laura educated me on the need for good nutrition, hydration and rest. I have just returned from Kapooka after one month of boot camp.

Thanks to my training with Laura, I was well prepared and passed all the physical requirements. Kapooka was extremely challenging and physically very demanding. I was one of the oldest recruits at the time I went through, most recruits being young men in their twenties and yet I was able to do everything they did. At times I wanted to give up, times when I was hurting and didn't think I could do any more, but Laura also taught me mental toughness saying that "if the mind is strong everything else is easy" and so with Laura’s' voice in my head telling me to focus on my ultimate goal, which for me was to be my march out parade, I pushed through and last Saturday I marched out of Kapooka.

I set myself a huge challenge, one I would not have been able to achieve without the professionalism and expert knowledge Laura possesses. I thoroughly recommend Nutrizione to anyone who wants to improve their fitness and or nutrition and in particular, anyone who like I did, needs help to achieve a goal no matter how big or small.

Weight loss & the right frame of mind

I first met Laura 18 months ago through my gym, when I bought a six session nutrition program. Laura helped me to look at food differently. - was I really hungry or just bored. She taught me to set goals that weren’t weight related, like fitting into a certain outfit and rewarding myself when I reached my goals.
